Job Responsibilities: Driving HR processes and Corporate initiatives at State level / Branch level. Serve as a link between Corporate HR and employees. Handling entire employee life cycle and related processes. Requirements: MBA in HR with overall experience of 3 to 4 years and atleast 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist. Good communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi and local language). Open to travel in rural interiors for regular branch visits. MBA Freshers can also apply.
