Reliable Coats Pvt. Ltd. is a leading paint manufacturing company known for high-quality decorative and industrial coatings. We are expanding our presence across Madhya Pradesh and are looking for a dynamic District Sales Officer to drive growth in the Ratlam region.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in the assigned district.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and report market trends to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
Promote company products through on-ground activities, painter meets, and local events.
Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and sales performance.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the Paint / Building Material / Hardware / Construction industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work under minimal supervision.
Good understanding of the local market and dealer network.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
