Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight:

Manage all aspects of daily operations for multiple QSR Stores, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

• Performance Management:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, manage costs, control inventory, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

• Financial Acumen:

P&L, labor, and inventory data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and improve overall profitability.

• Customer Experience:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining brand reputation and positive customer experiences.

• Strategic Implementation:

Collaborate with corporate teams and executives to develop and execute sales strategies, implement new initiatives, and expand market reach.
