We are looking for a

US Dispatcher

to manage and coordinate dispatch operations for the US market. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with drivers and clients for timely dispatch operations Monitor schedules, routes, and delivery timelines Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Update dispatch records and reports accurately Resolve issues and escalate concerns as required Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience as a US Dispatcher (preferred) Good communication skills in English Ability to work night shifts consistently Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
