Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatch Manager to join our team. As a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatching of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and managing a team of dispatch personnel. This role is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India, and requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in dispatch management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in dispatch management, with at least 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and systems.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Allocate resources, including vehicles and drivers, to ensure optimal delivery routes and schedules.
• Monitor the dispatch team\'s performance and productivity, providing ongoing guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and supply chain, to coordinate the dispatch process and optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery details, vehicle performance, and driver logs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including safety and transportation laws.
