Dashboard review of the team on regular basis. ( Production, sales and marketing, purchase, IT, Operations, Logistics, HR, Front desk and Housekeeping)
Providing feedback to manager operation.
Improving efficiency of system
Implement new process/ideas for better productivity
2 days plant visit (weekly)
Engineering and MBA preferred from tier 1 college
Must have good written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
Experience of working in manufacturing industry
Well versed with MS office and internet.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of operation management processes
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Self- motivated and proactive.
Good self-learning ability
