Job Title : Dispatch Executive Function: Production Department Reporting To: Manager Base Location: Surat Education: Any Graduate Experience (in years): 1 years of experience in Dispatch Preferred industry of work experience: Electronics/Electricals Role Description Job Responsibilities: Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance Managing the store data Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule Maintain the dispatch data, documentation Inventory management Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information Generate the report for the monthly basis Update data of dispatch on group and excel Generate the Invoice of despatch Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9100,000.00 - 9180,000.00 per year Benefits:
