Job Description

Work Experience: 4-6 years of core experience in designing of UI & UX in OTT or E-com

Main Responsibilities:

- Take design briefs to understand requirements. Creating user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback and translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces (both websites and Apps).

- Creating a visualization of screens by defining user flows / journeys , wireframes, prototypes and mockups.

- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components

- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

- Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. Troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback into your designs.

- Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines.

- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams

Key Requirements

- Have prior experience as a UI Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects in both Websites and App in D2C businesses

- Proficiency in analytics pertaining to Website and App ( Google Analytics, Playstore analytics etc )

- Understand the best practices pertaining to UI and UX developments with regards to optimise SEO rankings.

- Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.

- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as Sketch.

- Basic HTML5, XML, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
