The role is responsible for architecture, design and service delivery for Takeda\xe2\x80\x99s on-premises Active Directory domains and related services, and Takeda\xe2\x80\x99s Entra ID tenant. The position leads operations and infrastructure components, provides escalation support, coordinates 3rd level support according to ITIL processes and Takeda\'s SOPs. As part of the Identity and Access Management team, the role reports to the Head of Directory Services.Responsibilities:Responsible for architecture, design, and service delivery for Takeda\'s enterprise Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS managed AD and related directory servicesSolves incidents/requests and operating level breaches, validates operating level reportsHighest level of technical support for Takeda Directory Services and Entra IDRepresents Directory Services team on pertinent P1 and P2 incident response calls and effortSupports the IAM organization with strategy, design, planning, and deployment of IAM solutions and capabilitiesCultivates collaborative and growth-oriented culture in the Directory Services team and the Identity and Access Management organizationEngages with team members, peers, cross-team and cross-organizational stakeholders to deliver on organizational and Takeda\xe2\x80\x99s mission and goals\xe2\x80\x8bContributes to growing the Directory Services & IAM brand across TakedaEmbodies continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities for improving service design, delivery, reliability, and securityInstills data-driven decision making, a "security" first mindset, and seamless end-user experience in the team and organizationMonitors and reports performance of managed Directory Services and Entra IDDevelops short-term/long-term plans and objectives for directory services and supported technologiesDrives efforts towards modernization of the Directory Services and improving overall security, reliability, and stabilityDeploys new services or enhances existing capabilities following operations acceptance criteria and change management procedures.Leads operations of infrastructure components, provides escalation support, coordinates 3rd level support according to ITIL processes and Takeda\'s SOPs.Defines infrastructure service requirements and operations acceptance criteria for service development projects and external providersCollaborates with counterparts from other functions, function groups and across regions. Ensures that service delivery in the function is monitored effectively and that identified actions to maintain or improve levels of service are implemented.
