Director Us Audit Accounting Firm
Job Description
1. Knowledge about US GAAP, IFRS and IND AS financial statements for listed and unlisted entity.
2. SOX 404, knowledge of internal control framework including auditing SOX.
3. Experience of PCAOB auditing standard and working experience of FPI or Domestic US filer.
4. Good experience with industry mainly - technology, media, manufacturing, and service industry.
5. Good skill on Project management, people management to ensure timely audit delivery.
6. Analytical skills including handling tools for audits.
7. Learning and development initiative taken for teams including conducting workshops for juniors.
8. Good presentation skills both in preparation and presentation to client as well as internal team.
9. Good track record of handling complex matters in accounting and auditing as well as difficult situations with client.
10. Ensure good quality audit by training people and ensure GAAP /GAAS compliance on audit.
11. Any specific experience on US Capital market or accounting advisory is added advantage.
