Director, Training Developer - Tech Adoption Specialist
What this job involves :

(90%) Primary responsibility is to create training simulations, courseware and collateral supporting the deployment & adoption of the global V&RA tech ecosystem and client-facing digital products. This will require:
Project planning & management
Training design & development expertise (ADDIE methodology)
Experience & expertise with development toolset (see skills section below)
Quality assurance & user testing
Content publishing
Content maintenance
Strong collaboration skills (ability to work with business & JLLT stakeholders)
(10%) Additional responsibilities may include:
Learning data analytics & reporting
Admin & logistics supports for other V&RA L&D initiatives
Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
Min 5+ years experience working in a corporate training environment, with focus on technology adoption
Understanding of technology development project lifecycle (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile)
Min 5+ years experience with training development toolset
Tech Simulation Development (Adobe Captivate)
In-App On-Demand Training (WalkMe)
Course Dev (Articulate)
Video Creation/Editing
PowerPoint
Written & Verbal English Proficiency (Mastery)
Preferred experience:
SharePoint development
LCMS and LMS
Asana and/or Monday.com
