From succession planning to workforce design, you will be the voice of data in the most critical talent and business conversations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Executive Influence (30%)
Deliver high-impact insights and advisory support to the ELT and HRSLTxe2x80x94shaping talent strategies, workforce investments, and organizational decisions with data-driven narratives and real-time analytics.AI-Driven Talent Intelligence (25%)
Have experience with AI/ML solutions (e.g., talent segmentation, skills inference, generative AI for workforce planning) that anticipate trends, uncover risks, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Enterprise Decision Support (20%)
Lead talent intelligence initiatives that inform M&A assessments, org design, strategic workforce planning, and culture evolutionxe2x80x94connecting people data to business outcomes.Advanced People Analytics & Workday Integration (15%)
Guide robust statistical and machine learning analyses (e.g., SEM, clustering, forecasting, predictive modeling). Bridge analytics platforms with Workday to extract and operationalize insights across the talent lifecycle.Global Team Leadership (10%)
Lead and evolve the People Insights team into a world-class function.
