In this position, you\'ll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our executives, key leaders, and hiring managers throughout the organization. Together, brainstorm and propose innovative initiatives aimed at improving the talent acquisition program. Additionally, you\'ll play a vital role in identifying and implementing efficient processes, developing training programs, and spearheading creative pipeline-building and sourcing efforts. By making hiring a top priority across the organization, must ensure to attract the best talent to join the team.

The role will utilize data-driven leadership to make decisions on how to lead their regional talent acquisition team. They will demonstrate strategic, operational, and tactical capabilities and lead recruiting initiatives while being hands-on in implementing talent acquisition solutions, enabling the company to attract and hire the best talent.

Being at the forefront of transformation is crucial for achieving success in this position. In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing the talent acquisition program for the APAC region, with a particular focus on expanding resources in India (80-85%) to align with the demands of the business.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition based in the U.S

Responsibilities:

- Develop and foster strong relationships/partnerships with executives and leaders across the organization to assess recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles, and challenges and collaborate on recruiting activities and strategies

- Provide effective recruitment advice, guidance, and solutions to managers; always working within the necessary legal parameters

- Leadership and management of a talent acquisition team with a focus on resource management, project planning, hiring, mentorship, and performance management

- Own recruiting programs, practices, and initiatives; provide regular and timely information to the hiring managers to ensure they are up to date on progress

- Drive team performance through the utilization of metric and data-centered decisions

- Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure that the company is providing a premier candidate experience

- Report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to execs and senior leadership on a consistent basis

- Improvising various channels of sourcing - employee referrals, internal career development, campus hiring, and vendor management

- Collaborate and work closely with other global talent acquisition leaders to maintain a global alignment within talent acquisition

Qualifications:

- Ability to coach and influence business leadership on talent acquisition best practices

- Ability to develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy to meet business current and future needs; specifically scaling the recruiting efforts to support a high-growth organization

- Ability to lead and manage the talent acquisition team through data-driven methodology

- Experience aligning talent acquisition best practices with systems and processes

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

- Comfortable with change and improvement as you guide the talent acquisition team through continuous transformation

- Strong experience leading improvement projects for systems, processes, and training to support best practices

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and execution

- Must be self-directed, results-driven, resourceful, with a strong work ethic

- A systematic, organized, and dedicated team player with an analytical mind determined to be a part of a growth-oriented organization

- Experience with understanding candidate needs; including compensation planning, benefits, and company culture & value

- Innovative with an ability to think outside the box. Proven ability to implement new ideas and creative problem-solving

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; especially in presenting new ideas and best practices to influence senior leadership

Requirements:

- 10+ years of solid experience recruiting experience in a software company; high-growth company experience is a requirement

- 10+ years of India recruiting with a preference for additional APAC experience

- 6+ years of experience leading a high-performing talent acquisition team

- You must be well aware of and knowledgeable about various technology companies and able to build targeted hiring plans for specific requirements

- Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels including careers websites, professional and social media, employee referrals, and job sites

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at any level

- Be highly diligent, ethical, reliable, and accountable

- Experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring; or a strong desire to learn

Location Preference:

Even though remote first, preference will be given to Hyderabad / Bangalore-based candidates
