Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead Supply Chain projects; estimate and plan the implementation activities, provide recommendations, and prepare/submit the project reports.

- Conduct technical analysis with the clients and the team to understand the functional and technical needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.

- Provide all the required technical support to the team; including but not limited to design reviews, environment setups, configurations, troubleshooting, system and user testing, programming, etc.

- Monitor transition progress and record any potential risks and issues while developing any necessary reports to capture performance and identify improvement areas.

- Mentor/coach the team and provide guidance to the resources, ensuring all processes and procedures are being adhered to and updated when necessary.

- Identify and assist in the development and deployment of training opportunities and coaching initiatives for the initiatives for the Supply Chain Advisory team.

- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners by serving

Job Requirements:

Mandatory Skills :

- Graduate with B.Tech or B.E in any stream/ Post Graduate / Masters in Supply Chain/ Operations Management.

- The candidate must have 16+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a consulting firm.

- Prior experience in at least one of technologies BY, O9 or E2open in the below areas is a must -

- Planning (Demand And Supply; Inventory Optimization)

- Collaboration & Control (Control Tower;Sales and Operations Planning)

- Logistics (Transport Management System;Warehouse Management System).

- Deep understanding of Manufacturing, Retail and/or Distribution Industry business or solutions. Understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP is a big plus. Recommending improvements to rally performance and reduce costs

- Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) with ability to perform Analysis from large data set. Basic understanding supply chain planning concepts such as Demand Management, Distribution and Master Planning, S&OP, etc.

- Strategically and commercially minded

- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights

- Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
