Inviting Application for the role of Solution Consultant - Supply Chain Consulting As a Solution Consultant, you&rsquoll work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges and internally collaborate with your colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions. Our consultants work on multifaceted projects that demand analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You&rsquoll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provides consultants with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn. Responsibilities The Solution Consultant provides expert guidance to our clients on how to best implement and utilize Advanced Planning Systems (APS) such as Kinaxis RapidResponse or o9 solutions to achieve sustained value. Typical responsibilities include: . Work with client to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements . Collaborate with the project team to design solutions and project plans to meet client needs . Configure the APS according to the functionality of the customer&rsquos source systems . Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results . Integrate and customize the APS to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements . Provide high levels of customer service Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience . Post graduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus . Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e. operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization . Experience leading supply chain teams, training or projects full project management experience preferred Preferred Qualifications . Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies . Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations . Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus . Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus . Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment . An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus . Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed Location and Travel Our primary location in Romania, but candidates may be based anywhere within a reasonable distance of a major airport. The nature of our business requires travel to client locations. Travel tends to fluctuate depending on specific project and client needs but typically is in the range of 25-40%.
