Job Description

This role leads global software teams to deliver high-quality, regulated software for advanced diagnostic instruments at a global healthcare technology leader. You will set technical vision, ensure compliance, and drive end-to-end execution from concept through post-launch support.

• Lead and scale multi-disciplinary software engineering teams delivering regulated, high-quality products from concept through post-launch support
• Define software strategy, architecture, and execution plans aligned with product, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Drive compliant software development practices aligned with global medical standards and cybersecurity expectations
• Partner closely with product, systems, quality, and operations teams to deliver complex, integrated software solutions
• Build engineering excellence through talent development, operational metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks

15+ years leading regulated medical software across embedded, cloud & appsProven people leader delivering compliant, secure software at scale

• Extensive experience delivering regulated software for medical devices or healthcare platforms
• Proven leadership of large, multi-site software engineering teams in complex environments
• Strong background across embedded systems, application software, and cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale programs with measurable delivery and quality outcomes
