Key Responsibilities : 1. Manage SDRs :- Leadership & Guidance : Provide direction, mentorship, and leadership to our team of SDRs, ensuring they achieve and exceed their targets.- Pipeline Management : Monitor, guide, and refine the sales pipeline from inception to closure, ensuring every lead is maximized.- Negotiations & Closures : Play an active role in significant negotiations, guiding the team towards favorable outcomes and ensuring successful deal closures.2. Company Sales Strategy : Vision & Execution : Develop and execute sales strategies that align with O4S\'s broader vision while ensuring adaptability to the ever-evolving market landscape.Product Development Synergy : Liaise with product teams to ensure sales strategies align with product developments, ensuring our offerings are both innovative and market relevant. 3. Client Engagements : Strategic Support : Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, reinforcing O4S\'s commitment to partnerships and ensuring our solutions meet their strategic objectives.On-the-ground Engagements : Accompany SDRs to high-stakes client discussions and visits, providing a layer of expertise, experience, and assurance.4.
