We are hiring for Product Marketing Director with one of our Fastest growing SaaS startup client based in Chennai:

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and own the 12- and 24-month strategic plan to meet inbound-driven ARR goals.

- Set goals and guide team on all aspects of product marketing, demand generation, content

marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and other tactics to generate a high quality pipeline.

- Manage the marketing budget (across demand gen, events, tool etc.) to ensure maximum return on investment.

- Develop and implement strategies to own and improve BOFU, SQL leads, customer acquisition costs

- Analyze and report on marketing campaigns\' effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly pipeline goals for inbound and outbound sales engines

- Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, customer conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Act as a player-coach for the team size of 14+ individuals at the current stage and be responsible for hiring and development of the marketing organization.

- Bring focused and prioritized feedback from the field to help shape strategy and business practices and collaborate with internal orgs including product, marketing, onboarding/support, and customer success functions to help company scale.
