As a Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategic direction and growth of intelligent safety solutions for physical operations across fleets, drivers, and partners. You will guide a high-performing product team, balancing hands-on execution with mentorship, while collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders. This role demands a deep understanding of B2B software, AI, and operational workflows to deliver scalable, commercially successful products. You will drive product vision, prioritize initiatives based on data and customer insights, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Accountabilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Safety product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Mentor and guide a high-performing product team while remaining actively involved in hands-on project execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, and data science teams to develop innovative, scalable, and commercially viable products.
• Engage customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform feature prioritization and product strategy.
• Partner with GTM teams to design effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and adoption initiatives.
• Analyze product performance metrics to measure success, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize workflows.
• Foster a culture of customer-centric innovation, inclusivity, and excellence across product initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in B2B enterprise software.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to understand and anticipate user needs.
• Proven track record delivering commercially successful software products.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions and validate assumptions.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to engage constructively across teams and seniority levels.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and gain credibility in technical discussions.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
