Job Description



Location: Remote (Singapore or India Preferred) Opportunity: The Partnership Development team is expanding in Asia Pacific (APAC) to help with its critical mission: to acquire and manage travel and identity data. This position will play a key role in leading the origination, development and execution of new data partnerships within the region. This is a highly visible role within the company and the industry, identifying and targeting data rich clients to become strategic partners with Adara. Our data consortium is comprised of large travel partners and data contributors which help marketing organizations deliver actionable and meaningful business outcomes. From origination to completion, you will be in charge of the strategy, commercials, roadmap and implementation of data from partners. This position will also be responsible for managing the relationships with existing data partnerships in the region. The ideal candidate is self-driven and highly motivated, with extensive experience in adtech and the travel industry within the APAC region. Responsibility

  • Owns the business development function and data sourcing strategy for the APAC region, working closely with in-market and global resources to identify and fill data gaps and needs.
  • Responsible for the management and growth of Adara data partners, including airlines, hotels & travel distribution companies.
  • Work internally with Sales, Data Science, Ad Operations and Technology teams to drive towards partner goals and requirements.
  • Deal sourcing and closing with external clients with support of internal teams including Finance, Customer Success, Legal, Engineering and Analytics
  • Financial modelling and management of revenue for partners
  • Develop new business as needed, including contract negotiations and management of business terms.
  • Meet regularly with partners to review business and ensure goals are being met for partner and ADARA.
  • Frequent analysis of incoming data to identify, track, and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years travel industry or adtech experience required
  • Enterprise sales experience beneficial
  • Knowledge and understanding of terminology and mechanics of the online advertising industry a plus
Travel between 20%-30% necessary at times
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong presence with internal and external clients
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Comfortable to work in a white-space environment
  • Impeccable project management, organisational skills, providing high levels of service and timely turn-arounds
Bachelors Degree
