We are hiring Director - Oracle Fusion Implementation for our client based at Gurgaon.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director, Enterprise Apps to lead our enterprise level initiative in optimizing and transforming our technology stack end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and management of IT process and operation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, legal, business process transformation, and external partners to conceptualize for the future state of business processes based on multiple business units that align with our business objectives and long-term operating model.

Responsibilities:

- Discuss with business leaders to understand the future operating model based on different business processes. Design and configure Oracle Cloud Platform working with Business Process Transformation. Oracle Platform needs to design and configure to support LiDAR manufacturing, manufacturing through subcontractors, insurance, inventory management, SaaS, commercial bundling (HW, SW, Insurance), semiconductor design and manufacturing.

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of Oracle Fusion Platform (ERP, SCM, and HR), ensuring seamless integration, alignment with business processes, and objectives.

- Lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance culture. Manage team capacity closely, finding the balance between project initiatives and general ticket support.

- Manage technical support for internal customers, ensure timely response and urgency when tickets arise.

- Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for addressing cross-functional process improvement, tech debt management, data governance, and security.

- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, PLM, etc.,), IT, external consultants, and data management to implement future technology stack to achieve business objectives.

- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and training of new processes and technologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technological improvements and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainability.

- Remain up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to process improvement and transformation.

Qualifications:

- Overall Oracle Fusion experience - 12+ Years

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Implementation.

- Automotive / Supply Chain business process and system design - 10+ years

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Inventory Management, Hands-on experience with Software-as-a-Service and offer bundling are a plus

- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.

- Experience managing a global team
