Understand the user and customer journeys and align key messages to target audiences within those journeys, especially in describing technical capabilities of the Diamanti Cloud Native Platform components in terms of user and customer value.
Be a go-to-market lead for one or more Diamanti Cloud Native Platform components, working closely with sales, product management, and engineering to drive product adoption and product revenue, while helping the team quickly react to real-world customer and field feedback.
Influence and promote dockerized content, workflows and tools on Kubernetes and other container systems.
Develop solutions with operators and the operator pattern
Direct the high-level competitive positioning and messaging of both new and existing (but rapidly evolving) products for infrastructure monitoring
Use your technical background and understanding of our space to train product marketers to define compelling value propositions and conduct market research
Oversee the creation of new courses and, maintain and optimize internal learning curriculum and tools for the go-to-market teams
Set the direction for innovative product launches and other go-to-market strategies that produce effective content such as blogs, case studies, guides and video testimonials
Continuously improve product marketing processes and help establish best practices for working across campaigns, creative, and sales enablement

Content creation -- use your domain knowledge, technical expertise, and understanding of our target personas to create specific content to help customers learn about, select, and be advocates for the Diamanti Cloud Native Platform components.
Sales enablement - guide the team to communicate the value proposition to the global sales team and in developing the sales tools and training that support the selling process. Work with the team to deliver content related to value propositions, competitive differentiators, and product-focused sales materials.
Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams including brand research, product, developer relations, and PR to develop clear product and brand narratives and messaging, as well as new program offerings.
Market intelligence - be an expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; understand the market landscape and how to competitively position the product. Serve as the voice of the customer to the internal product-focused teams to reinforce solving customer challenges.
Demand and lead generation strategy - collaborate with the demand gen team to deliver the marketing programs that drive demand.
Be able to flex into multiple marketing tactics, including product marketing, events, growth, and digital.
Work externally with creative agency partners to create marketing materials, including interactive experiences and websites, video and written case studies, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 8 years of experience in a technical or field-facing role related to developers, cloud, infrastructure, IT operations or networking.
You have demonstrated success leading product marketing teams to exceed KPIs for revenue generation, user acquisition and product and brand awareness.
You or your team have led the GTM strategy for multiple products, solutions, and/or services, creating an effective strategy to craft compelling stories for releases and major launches
Technical subject matter expert in cloud native infrastructure, with a strong understanding of the impact of software development, Kubernetes, cloud, and DevOps approaches
Strong leadership skills
Experience with enterprise open-source software offerings and experience bringing them to market
Deep customer focus and understanding
Strong ability to analyze an idea and develop a plan to execute
Excellent communicator
