Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operation is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Sales & Marketing Specialist in order to thrive business results, in accordance with the brands standard of the hotel.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in large property. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
