- Head a large team of seasoned marketing proffessionals - Create a growth story for the company and yourself - He/She will be responsible for leading and growing a team of high skilled marketing proffessionals - In conjunction with the founders and sales leaders, develop, maintain, and enhance the Global Strategic Marketing Plan, aligning with the company\'s growth strategies and initiatives - Lead digital and social media marketing, especially search, display, marketing, Google Adwords, Paid campaigns and other aspects of online marketing - Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns The Successful Applicant - Must have catered to the US market in any form of marketing proficiency for a minimum of 8+ years - Has built successful marketing campaigns in the Technology Space - The candidate should have experience is demand gen/lead gen activities, content marketing and digital marketing - Experience with a SaaS product is mandatory What\'s on Offer - Head the entire Marketing Team for the company and directly work along with the founders - Industry-leading compensation & benefits -ESOPs
