Job Description


The Director of Human Resources will serve as an influential people partner and solve organisational challenges for staffing, onboarding, performance management, organisational effectiveness, retention, and succession.

  • Help to build a high-performing organisation.
  • Deliver effective and collaborative function with senior leaders and prioritise strategic solutions that accelerate the achievement of business through change management, talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Develop operational strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and developing action plans, and measuring results
  • Work across functions and actively collaborate with experts to optimise the effectiveness of performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation, organisational design, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Anticipate and respond to changing business needs. Influence lasting changes and serve as a change advocate on company-wide strategies and initiatives
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the organisation's visibility in key recruiting markets and help bottom-line as an ‘employer of choice among target candidates’
  • Develop processes that produce an exceptional and best-in-class candidate experience
  • Develop our external employer brand that captures our culture and highlights the opportunities available at our Company
  • Develop a recruiting strategy which includes building and maintaining a candidate pipeline based on organisation AOP plan
  • Utilise the power of social media and networking technology to build recruiting capacity
Requirements
  • 15+ years’ experience in a fast-paced start up SaaS organisation with exposure across Business partnering, Talent Acquisition at scale, interacting with all levels in the organisation.
  • 5+ years of people management experience across TA and Business partnering
  • Proven track record of success creating strategic talent programs that support aggressive business growth in a highly specialised/competitive market
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Engaging and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills that attract and grow lasting relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders
