The Team: S&P Global Loan Settlement is an electronic trade processing platform utilized to efficiently settle syndicated loan trades. Used by lenders, agent banks, custodians, trustees, borrowers and legal professionals, our loan solutions automate loan trade affirmation, confirmation and matching to facilitate the processing of loan trades. One of the S&P Global Loan Settlement platforms, ClearPar, is the market leader in trade settlement. The newer S&P Global Loan Platforms site reduces settlement delays through access to real-time agent bank data from trading counterparties and integration with client systems. The Impact: The Loan Platforms Business Analyst Director will be a senior product leader responsible for managing a team of business analysts and working closely across product, QA, operations, development, sales as well as customers on revenue generating projects to build loan solutions and workflows within the S&P Global loan ecosystem and the broader division within S&P global. The ideal candidate will be a proven multitasker with strong people management, analytical thinking, communication skills, is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and has experience in delivering multiple projects in parallel.
