Overview This role is responsible for leading the learning technology strategy and governance work to enable a cohesive learner experience, streamlined learning technology administration and support processes, and a foundation for embedding learning in the flow of work . The current learning ecosystem touches PepsiCo\'s global population of 300,000 employees across 83 countries, in addition to 3PM/FranchiseBottlers Responsibilities Lead overall learning technology strategy and partnership with Global TM-Learning COE, S&P and IT, moving PepsiCo to fully allow for learning in the flow of work Lead sourcing, selection, and implementation of new learning platforms, including content providers. This includes conducting detailed forensic analysis, as applicable Manage strategic, ongoing vendor partnerships Partner with internal and external stakeholders on optimizing ecosystem for maximum utilization and impact Manage escalations in partnership with S&P and IT Partner with S&P and IT on ongoing R&D efforts for continuous evolution and improvements Manage learning tech governance and cross-sector alignment Coordinate support model ingegration for learning tech Provide direction and coaching to GBS Learning Tech teams through Team Leads Manage global metrics and scorecards for all learning technology platforms and share with stakeholders Ensure consolidation of data across platforms in partnership with R&A to drive learning analytics capabilities Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Education. Master\'s degree strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development Deep expertise in learning technology, including LMS, LXP, AR/VR, authoring tools, etc. Extensive experiene in developing and implementing large scale L&D initiatives and solutions Global large-scale learning technology implementation and project management experience Detailed understanding of HR business processes, particularly in the area of Talent Management and Learning Detailed understanding of user experience principles and design thinking Demonstrated diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions that balance local requirements with global process decisions Vendor management experience Must be highly organized, with strong follow-up and results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and a strong attention to detail Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities Ability to multi-task and prioritize, anticipate and independently address issues Proficiency in project management and change management techniques L&D strategy expertise Influencing and communication skills, both verbal and written Innovation Data-driven decision making
