Our client is a rapidly expanding Consulting & SAAS firm with markets in US, India & Middle East

The client is looking to compliment its Consulting offerings with Content + Training as a product - this is on demand of multiple clients across the regions they operate in

Key Responsibilities :

- Defining, contextualising, and delivering transformational learning programs, ensuring strategy alignment and exceptional learning experience.

- Identifying training needs and customising it to suit client requirements.

- Digital marketing experience leveraging Social Media

- Understanding of e-learning platforms

- Building digital content and effective delivery to the potential clients

- Designing learning programs that are both measurable and impactful, by defining the appropriate learning strategy, governance and measuring value on investment

- Facilitating high impact training using various modes of training and inculcating strands of gamification and storytelling to stimulate interest.

- Creating an immersive learning experience with focus on capability development and competency mapping.

- Ability to lead teams effectively and collaborate with different service lines and domain experts in developing specific solutions and developing high quality content

- Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data.

Person Profile :

- Possess good influencing skills to work with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive content preparation and update

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work well in teams.

- Decent appreciation of technology and its practical application in the learning and development space.

- Ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary

- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
