Job Description

The role of Director - Investments involves overseeing investment strategies and portfolio management within the climate and renewables space.

• Leading mid-sized investments end to end including deal evaluation, diligence, analysis, transaction structuring, execution, documentation and deal closures
• Preparing and reviewing financial models, investment memorandum and other deal collateral
• Contributing to deal origination
• Leading board discussions and preparing memos / presentations as needed
• Reviewing investments and portfolio and periodic financial updates and interfacing with the operating teams
• Supporting team in operations including regulatory, audit, finance, other compliances as necessary; liasoning with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth work flow
