Being a fast-growing, global SaaS organization, managing IT Infrastructure becomes a critical business function.
Responsibilities:


  • Head IT Operations and Helpdesk teams to support our needs and in the areas of different platform technologies, collaboration tools, and directory/authentication services
    Plan, resource, and schedule to ensure operational service level agreements are met
    Develop a multi-year roadmap for the group and own the execution plan
    Own the IT onboarding/ offboarding process in a fast-paced environment
    Governance and deployment of software and SAAS is automated and aligned with LeadSquared policies
    Be an IT Expert and Own the function at LeadSquared - Come with Solutions, not a Practice of No
    Manage internal and external teams, vendors and partners
    Represent the IT team in different company functions and audits - be an advocate for modern, efficient, SIMPLE solutions
    Build and formulate IT-related Risk and Compliance Policies
    Provide accurate and timely management information to support quality decision-making at all levels of the organization
    Drive escalation and resolution or important business functions
    Collaborate with all functions of the company to ensure IT needs are addressed
    Work closely with internal Security and Compliance teams in fulfilling the requirements
Requirements:

  • 10+ years hands-on experience in an IT Operations role, and experience managing or working service/support roles
    5+ years of team handling and experience working with leadership to execute on strategic IT investments
    Experience growing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    Expertise in networking, DNS, DHCP, AD and other IT Tools such as patch management, endpoint protection, etc.
    Expertise in O365 Administration, Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin, etc.
    Demonstrably deep understanding of IT Operations and Service/Support needs in a high-growth technology company
    Ability to reason holistically about end-to-end Enterprise ecosystems
    Experience building and maintaining automation and integration of enterprise IT SaaS platforms
    Experience building corporate IT knowledge bases and writing policies/processes
    Experience with open-source tools and managing full lifecycle of IT Infrastructure projects
    Be passionate about DevOps, or its principles, especially in applying software engineering principles to IT Operations and Services
    Excellent interpersonal, team leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
    A positive attitude and ability to handle competing priorities
    Self-starter mentality and high motivation
    Share and work in accordance with our value
    Certifications such as CCNA will be an add on
