About Company:Our client is a leading non-profit organization, is dedicated to accelerating economic development in emerging economies through large-scale initiatives in entrepreneurship, small business growth, innovation, and skilling.Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Role ContextThe HR Business Partner Leader will spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies in alignment with the foundation\'s goals. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on implementation in areas such as performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, coaching & mentoring, with a strong emphasis on global stakeholder management and cross-cultural competence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and lifelong learning within our diverse and dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities- Global Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across different geographies, understanding and respecting cultural nuances to build strong, productive relationships.- Cross-Cultural Competence: Foster an inclusive workplace environment that appreciates and leverages cultural diversity, ensuring HR initiatives are sensitive to and effective across diverse employee backgrounds- Performance Management System: Implement a robust performance management system that aligns with our strategic goals, promoting high performance and continuous development.- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations issues with a balanced and respectful approach, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment- HR Compliances: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory standards across different countries and regions, minimizing risk to the organization.- Compensation & Benefits: Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, and transparent, catering to a diverse and global workforce.- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, creating a vibrant and productive culture.- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide leadership in coaching and mentoring, supporting professional growth and development throughout the organization.- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to navigate the organization towards successSkills & Experience- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.- A minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 10 years in an HR Business Partner role, including experience managing global teams and stakeholders.- Strong global stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.- Demonstrated cross-cultural competence, with a deep understanding of how to manage and lead diverse teams effectively.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and outstanding presentation skills.- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.- Proven track record in employee engagement, coaching, and mentoringCandidates residing in Bangalore only apply
