Director - Enterprise Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategy to build apna's brand among employers - Lead our webinars, corporate events and branding initiatives
- Lead product marketing strategy & execution for the enterprise, including new product and partner launches
- GTM planning: Quarterbacking go to market activities for marketing teams and enabling campaign
- Drive lead generation efforts across Linkedin and other platforms to drive sales growth
- Identify the right channels and ecosystem of partners to ensure apna's reach to the right audience and drive conversion
- Uplevel the content used by the BD team to pitch apna - proposal templates, client case studies, product fact sheets and competitive positioning
- Direct and channel B2B positioning, messaging and audience segmentation leveraging market and competitive research

- Exceptional brand storytelling skills and experience building brand architectures
- Communication skills - Clarity and brevity in all forms of communication - ability to inform as well as influence is critical
- Hustle - Ability to meet goals with sleeves rolled up - always finding a way to get things done with a sense of urgency and drive
- Leadership - Articulate a vision to teams, collaborate with cross-org stakeholders, deliver feedback, and everything in between

- Product Marketing - Strong understanding of Linkedin and marketing across different social media platforms
- Content - Manage teams to conceptualize and create content for brand marketing across channels
- Digitally Savvy - Driven to learn new technologies and tools
Required Experience :
- BA/BS degree or higher or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus
- 7-10 years of experience with notable experience in marketing, sales and/ or product required
- +3 years of marketing experience in digital preferred
- Expertise with digital enterprise marketing tools (Linkedin, Salesforce, Google Suite, Pardot, Asana)
- Experience in a fast growing tech company is a must
