We are looking for a Digital Marketing Technologist to attain and exceed KPIs in the area of brand awareness, unified user experience, marketing automation, lead generation and progressive profiling.

  • Experience of Design, build and maintain social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Experience in enhancing digital content, client funnel and in A/B multivariate experiments.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Define key insights for campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Experience in setting up and upgrading Google Adwords campaign.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of implementing strategies for gathering customer and market insights to optimize outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads, performance marketing
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Working information on advertisement serving apparatuses
  • Knowledge of best practices in internet advertising and estimation

  • 10 Years of Experience in digital and performance marketing in healthcare/diagnostics.
  • Master degree from reputed institute, MBA-Marketing is preferred
