The Director - Data Center will have following job responsibilities:

I) Operational Deliverables

• Candidate should have strong background in the data centre sector coupled with relevant skill set and a track record of successful project delivery will be the first to be

considered for the current position.

• Candidate should drive the project execution and manage the overall the operational parameters of the delivery including costs, quality and schedule including management of internal and external stakeholders
• Drive quality assurance measures of ongoing assignments
• Ensure compliance of ongoing assignments are

complied with

• Monthly reviews of ongoing assignments including commercial monitoring for profit & loss
• Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes.
• Be the management representative in client\'s meetings
• Review and approve cost loaded schedules.
• Run and lead client and other required meetings.
• Identify factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
• Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment
• Understand engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
• Astute understanding of contract administration especially on build contracts
• Understanding of FIDIC contract
• Coordinate and oversee consultant reviews on the project.
• Represent India\'s data centre sector environment in wider internal forums
• Understanding of P&L

II) Business Generation

• You are an asset to our business, and we would want to leverage your industry relation and expand our current business across the region, expectation is introduction of

two new clients every quarter

• Coordinate and prepare bid submissions to RFP responses
• Drive new business opportunity by participating in bid preparation and lead the technical interview , expectation is to create RFP\'s of INR 100 million
• Attend at least one industry event or discussion per month
• Advising strategies of business generation for the data centre sector

III) Team Building

• You must have a team attitude, be self-motivated and willing to support other groups and project as required
• Bring the business acumen to develop a team in this sector and become the Subject matter expert for the region.
• Mentoring core team in pan India office locations Training and skill development
• Provide the knowledge and learning acquired in this sector and train the team to develop the skill set to deliver key roles in the project delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in domain environment or a related field.
• Professional accreditation in Data centre related field
• 15-20 years of Industry experience in similar roles
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the capability to relate and communicate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PPT
