Role Responsibilities Supporting Co-Head CCIB Develop and implement strategies for growth of the business. Performance management of overall India business to deliver financial objectives. ALCO / LMF projections. PSL reporting. Tail Management reporting. Marketing Implement country marketing initiatives (like CNBC IBLA, Mercedes Golf, etc). Implement group marketing initiatives (like GRB, SC Trophy, etc). Implement various trade and industry associations as and when they are finalized. Enable print collateral for front-line and clients. One Bank Referral Programme CB - PvB CB - Retail Training CCRMC completion. Transaction banking training nominations. Other soft skills trainings nomination and coverage. Others Drive usage of various systems (e.g. Dashboard, etc). Create and circulate various MIS to help business information. Plan and execute sales contests, rewards and recognition. Manage group visits and events. Key Stakeholders Internal RCOs, Country CCIB Risk Head Regional / Country Business Heads and Product Head, CCIB Client segment FGCs/ In country governance forums (or other forums, as may be applicable) Financial Crime Risk Country GSAM Head and Risk and Control team Relevant members of Risk Operations management team Internal IT partners supporting CCIB Clients business HR and L &TD team Operations, Legal and Compliance External Auditors and Regulators Law Enforcement agencies Suppliers, vendors, and conssultants Our Ideal Candidate Chartered Accountant / MBA would be preferred. 5 - 7 years ofexperience / knowledge preferred in project and change management principles, approaches, methodologies, tools and phases of the project lifecycle (both Waterfall and Agile). Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Visio, and Microsoft Project desirable. Resilient and tenacious, able to deliver amidst ambiguity and tight timelines. Ability to clearly articulate complex issues concisely and problem-solving skills. Able to look at issues holistically and to propose effective solutions that exhibit sound judgment, risk management, and business understanding. Strong ability to influence people without direct authority. Able to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with cross-functional teams spread across multiple geographies. Strategic thinker with sharp analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Experience communicating to and influencing a variety of audiences with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strives to do the &quotright thing", not just the &quoteasy thing".
