About the Role:
Brand Solutions vertical has been a rapidly growing portfolio at Disney Star. The incumbent is expected to lead the Creative Solutioning and delivery team for Entertainment Ad Sales at Disney-Star. The team works on ideation for brand briefs and works on end-to-end execution of successful deals within timelines & budget.

Context:
This position will be part of the Branded Content Solutions team focusing on brand solutions and collateral linked support to sales acquisition, revenue maximization and retention of clients utilizing content lead & non FCT monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Creative Team to enable revenue generation through Content projects for the Network through development of creative solutions for brand briefs
• Thought leadership on content solutions and innovative formats for delivery
• Liaise with the Sales team and Channel teams of the Network to understand client needs, develop ideas, presentations and customized solutions based on the briefs received
• End-to-End solutioning for a project from ideation to presentation to final execution of the finalized content strategy
• Tracking of spends to ensure projects are executed within the approved production budgets
• Working closely with the production partners & channel teams for execution of green-lit projects and ensure customer delight
• Work closely with Production Houses, Directors during every stage of Production to ensure the project is delivered as per the agreed terms
• Driving team to ensure achievement of sales numbers and revenue forecasts, while ensuring profitability

• Effective implementation of green-lit projects within the allocated budgets & timelines
• Quality of solutions provided
• Creativity of pitches
• Coaching and developing team

Qualifications:

• 15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in Brand Solutions or marketing communications
• Experience & knowledge of content marketing & production of content preferable
• Candidates with Agency experience preferred

• Ability to deal with dynamic and fast paced internal & external environment
• Creative thinking and ability to ideate creative solutions that solve for the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement
• Ability to influence clients to allocate Ad spends towards branded solutions
• High energy levels and go-getter attitude
• Knowledge of one any one regional language & exposure of the cultural nuances (Bengali/ Marathi/ Telugu/ Kannada/ Tamil/ Malayalam/ Oriya) would be an added advantage
