Position - Director of Marketing

Location - WFH / Bangalore

Offered CTC - Up to 36 LPA

Experience - Must have 7 years-plus of tech marketing experience that has filled B2B digital marketing (or B2B growth marketing) roles in startup companies (or tech companies with small marketing teams).

Job Responsibility :

Responsibilities :

- Plan and project manage multiple marketing activities

- Digital, inbound and outbound.

- Develop, conceptualize and execute demand-generation, paid campaigns and more to reach inbound and outbound sales-opportunities

- Collaborate with Sales and Product development teams to drive innovative customer acquisition

- Work on LinkedIn Sales and social tools, marketing automation solutions, ad channels, and many other tech solutions

- Manage marketing budgets effectively and generate maximum ROIs

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Work closely with designers, social media, and PR team members to execute cohesive content marketing campaigns and ensure timely content delivery across channels.

- Coordinate logistics and assist with operations for marketing projects

- Work on top-funnel content production (articles, gated content, and others)

- Build and maintain aggregated funnel reports - tracking data and generating insights from Google Analytics, Social channels, ad channels, marketing automation, and CRM system
