Job Description


Responsible for managing and directing sales for the large corporates & government market.

Areas of Responsibility :

1. To strategize on efficient techniques to sell products and enhance sales performance

2. Responsible for fostering client interaction by engaging large corporates / Govt. Stakeholders to buy their products , increasing portfolio sharing, strengthening customer relationship

4. Set meetings and build solid relationships with potential clients

5. Accountable for implementing effective strategies for the company\'s growth

6. Owns and delivers yearly targets

7. Ensures better Tender management

8. Make sure that the operation of divisional financial goals are achieved and implemented expenditures are adhered to.

9. Identify new customers in Govt and Corporate Sectors. Increase sales to existing Corporate and other retails customers,

10.Formulating goals, strategy and planning for redefining and transforming Institutional Business.

11. Acquisition of new Corporates, Retaining Existing Corporate Accounts and Improve Corporate sales market share through Strategic Tie Ups and Alliances.

12.Develop relationships with relevant Govt Depts. for Govt Sales.

13. Develop an Institutional Dealer Network to tap potential customer base, Liaising and Relationship Management with Senior Bureaucrats, Government Officials.

To be successful, we need 15+ years of experience and a successful track record selling to institutions, including successful positioning of building material products.

- You have the ability to build mutually valuable relationships with clients and prospects that meet their needs while also aligning with long-term revenue and profitability goals

- You are able to build executive-level relationships, including C-suite engagement, that result in mutually beneficial partnerships

- You have a record of setting, measuring, meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives

- You are able to utilize data and metrics to achieve strategic objectives

- You possess excellent problem solving and influencing skills

- Demonstrated ability to form and cultivate positive relationships with prospects, clients and internal colleagues

- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others
