Ltd Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time : As a member of our Direct Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels.
- Engage with leads and clients in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our products/services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Previous direct sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
