Direct Sales Manager


Location: 40WBKOL05, Kolkata



Department: Digital Sales - Direct Sales
Reports to: Team Lead

Purpose
To generate new leads from reference and self-sourcing, and to convert leads (both self-generated and company provided) to source maximum policies to achieve given targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSource new business through direct sales channels (self-generated & company leads) Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets Conduct customer meetings to explain health insurance products & solutions Build long-term customer relationships for repeat & referral business Ensure adherence to IRDAI/regulatory norms & internal compliance Maintain lead tracker and sales tracker - update calls and visits along with the status


Must HavesGood knowledge in Insurance & financial products 1-3 years' experience in BFSI sales - Preferable from Insurance Local candidate with strong social network, Willing to do field sales Job Excellent communication & relationship skills


Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
