Job Description
Profile :- Direct Sales / Phone Sales / Tele sales manager
Job Role :- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Close sales and generate revenue
Follow up on leads and callbacks
Maintain customer data and call records (CRM tools)
Handle customer objections and queries
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with team leaders or managers for performance updates
Ctc - 3lpa - 5.25lpa
Experince :- Min 1 yr of experience in Life insurance
