Strategic Execution:
  • Develop and execute a territory action plan based on comprehensive data analysis, adapting sales techniques in response to field interactions.
Key Duties: Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, and guide them through the sales cycle to secure new business across service categories.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge through engaging presentations and effectively address objections.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and executive-level presentations, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
Goal Attainment:
  • Exceed sales goals by understanding client needs and following a defined selling process, incorporating product demos and presentations.
Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with other sales representatives to ensure the achievement of quotas and uphold company standards.
Qualifications: Required:
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or MBA.
