Job Description

Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for LCVs as assigned by management. Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, and networking.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional customers. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify new business prospects and follow up on leads. Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and site visits to close sales.

Market Intelligence:

Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Recommend strategic actions based on market insights.

Documentation & Reporting:

Ensure timely completion of all documentation related to vehicle sales, loans, registrations, etc. Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and pipeline tracking.

Brand Representation:

Represent Ashok Leyland in a professional and ethical manner. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and local marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Automobile Engineering). 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Knowledge of LCV segment and customer base will be an added advantage. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
