Role ServiceNow is looking for a technology-centric inspirational leader, Strategy Realization Office, to lead our talented team of Program Managers and RTEs in our Hyderabad office. This person will: Lead a cross functional team working on programs across Service Now, from Operations to Digital Experience, Corporate Functions, Data Analytics and more Work closely with Portfolio Leaders in the US to develop the team in Hyderabad, providing them with performance feedback and opportunities to grow their role Partner with key leaders to deliver on strategy and transformations within our Hyderabad office. Develop key relationships with business partners and shape SRO strategy to help them meet their goals. Be an expert on the Service Now platform, participating in calls with customers to showcase our \'customer zero\' expertise. The ServiceNow Director, Strategy Realisation Office (SRO), will lead all aspects of delivery across portfolios. This includes governance and execution on all project delivery, people leadership and development for all staff, workforce management for contingent workers, and strategy development and execution on transformational activities. The person will act as the on-site leader for the teams, including but not limited to department issues, facilities plans, and Human Resource issues. They will interface with leaders globally to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the India teams. They will be the escalation point for priority issues in project delivery during India\'s working hours. What you get to do this role Develop strategy for services and workforce to expand the scope of delivery in Hyderabad, including autonomous delivery of enterprise programs. Assist and manage strategic implementation roadmap Influence ServiceNow\'s sales pipeline and product adoption by customers through theperformance and reliability of NOW on NOW. Drive rapid, informed decision-making processes to keep all programs on track inachieving goals and delivering value Partner with executives across Product Engineering, CFO, CHRO, and CDIO organizations in India on scaling ServiceNow\'s business and enabling new business models through innovation and technology. You will ensure the team(s) success by defining and using all available tools and resources. Make the individuals in the team successful in their roles and independent in carrying out their work. Enforce program execution governance processes for the teams. Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 15+ years of related experience at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company with a bachelor\'s degree A minimum of 5 years of leadership and management experience - leading and developing execution teams in Agile, SAFe, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - including key interactions from a core team level all the way to executive leadership Preferred experience with the ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow certifications Operational understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation. Agile and SAFe certifications Experience in vendor management, specifically contingent workforce providers Demonstrated expertise in large scale global program execution The candidate should have a solid understanding of business-critical services for a global corporation.
