Support development of Web/Social/Mobile technology strategy to support creation of customer experience and customer engagement product/services roadmaps from concept to development to launch encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance and business process change. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partners with business leadership and other key customers to set Innovative medicines(IM) International Web/Social/Mobile technology roadmap, with a vision ensuring that individual products work together to great business value for the defined customer. Has end to end accountability for services and products delivery business areas. Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions Drive, facilitate the approval of products portfolio investment plans. Work on continuous improvement with the multi-functional delivery team Exhibits strategic product management approach necessary to establish the product domain with respective business product owner counterparts. Acts as trusted advisor driving decisions, priorities and relevant IM International Web/Social/Mobile product information with both business customers across DD&IT Proactively shares knowledge of IM International Web/Social/Mobile technology risks with business. Manage and Ensure coordination across product roadmaps, oversee timelines and budget across teams and responsible to ensure blockages impacting the portfolio are removed (coordination and unblocking within a product remains responsibility of the respective product owner) Develop an environment, which cultivates a collaborative, innovative and impactful organization where product management is demonstrated to bring value for the business Advocates product management and shapes operating model to ensure business value creation throughout the product life cycle Support the product teams to continually learn and advance maturity of the teams and broader organization; solves for roadblocks and advocates for product teams. Minimum Requirements Collaborating across boundaries, track record delivering solutions at scale, Ability to work and lead (a multi-functional team) in a matrix environment, IT Technical Strategy & Planning, Emerging Technology Monitoring, Consulting, Influencing & persuading, Unbossed Leadership, IT Governance, Conceptual / \'Blue sky\' thinking, Building Impactful Teams, Vendor Management, Innovative & Analytical Technologies, demonstrating technology for business and customer needs, Understanding digital, Financial Management Commercial experience in various roles across global, region, and local and across disciplines (sales, marketing, etc.) in pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated Product Management; Experience working in product teams or digital/tech. Experience working in a complex organization, building relationships, and driving engagement Has a toolkit for product leadership that includes an understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, and OKRs. Experience of delivery through these methods is desirable. Expertise in organization dynamics and culture, ability to gain trust and confidence at all levels in the organization, leadership, and project management experience in global initiatives.Manege without formal authority. Deep knowledge in Pharma industry. Previous experience and strong approach in continuous improvement and organisational change, Good interpersonal and communication skills. Needs to be able to work independently and reliably. Experience in international, complex, and dynamic environments.
