Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collect parcels, packages, or food orders from the warehouse, store, or restaurant. Deliver items safely and on time to the customer's location. Plan the most efficient route to ensure timely deliveries. Use GPS or delivery apps for navigation. Handle all items carefully to prevent damage or loss. Verify the accuracy of the delivery item and address before dispatch. Greet customers politely and ensure a positive delivery experience. Collect payment (if applicable) and obtain customer signatures. Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and reports accurately. Update order status in the delivery app or system. Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, van, etc.) clean and in good condition. Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations. Ensure the secure transport of items during delivery. Coordinate with dispatch or the warehouse team for instructions. Inform customers or managers about any delivery delays or issues
