Dil Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as the City Head for the Chennai location. As the City Head, you will play a pivotal role in launching, establishing and expanding Dil Foods\' presence in Chennai, overseeing operations, business development within the region.Responsibilities:Prospect and Lead Generation:- Identify potential restaurant partners in the assigned area through market research, referrals, and cold calling.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of new partnership opportunities.- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the market, competition, and industry trendsPartner Onboarding and Relationship Management :- Engage with prospective restaurant partners, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of partnering with Dil Foods.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing terms.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.Market Expansion and Growth:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.- Continuously identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion within the assigned territory.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of new partners.Sales Reporting and Analysis:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and partnership status using CRM tools.- Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the food industry or related sectors.- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.- Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
