ROLE
In this role, you\'ll be joining our Digital team as a PMO Analyst in the Project Management Office (DMO) within Corporate Technology (CT). This team serves as a main point of contact for administration and governance for programmes and projects. You will be working within a team of PMO analysts and will be overseeing multiple deliveries, supporting project and programme managers to ensure end to end delivery of business and technology led digital initiatives. To succeed, you will work closely with the Delivery Management Office (DMO), business leaders and technical delivery teams including commercial, financial and risk management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong management expertise in traditional project management methodologies as well as Agile ways of working with confidence in speaking to executive level stakeholders.TECH/ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Hands-on experience of supporting projects and project/programme managers for 2+ years
• Experience and fluency in being able to communicate efficiently at all levels from technical teams to executive stakeholders
• Excellent analysis and data assimilation skills to support resource management, budgets, risk planning, schedules and change control
• Strong risk, commercial and dependency management experience including good skills with forecasting financials
• Ability to work effectively with project managers / workstream leaders under a Programme / Portfolio
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written communication skills to support the production of impactful Steering / Board packs and high level stakeholder updates
• Good understanding of traditional project management methodologies and frameworks including PRINCE2, PMP or alternatives and Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Clarity, Oracle, Ariba, FieldGlass, ServiceNow and PowerBI
