ad campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and leveraging CRM data to enhance consumer
lifecycle strategies. The role is critical in ensuring that performance marketing efforts and CRM communications are
data-driven, consumer-centric, and aligned with brand objectives across platforms.
Meta Ads Execution (Facebook & Instagram)
o Independently execute and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
o Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and
conversions.
o Generate performance reports and derive actionable insights to optimize ad spend and campaign
outcomes.
? Digital Campaign Management (YouTube & Agency Coordination)
o Manage digital media campaigns with a strong focus on YouTube ads -- including format selection,
targeting, and scheduling.
o Collaborate with media agencies for campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
o Review agency performance reports and provide data-driven feedback to enhance campaign
effectiveness.
? CRM & Consumer Data Analytics
o Develop and execute CRM campaigns with appropriate frequency and segmentation strategies to
improve customer engagement.
o Analyze consumer data from CRM dashboards to identify trends, user behavior, and reactivation
opportunities.
o Work cross-functionally with analytics and content teams to enhance consumer lifecycle engagement.
Key Skills & Competencies
? Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and digital marketing KPIs.
? Knowledge of YouTube Ads, including format planning, targeting, and A/B testing.
? Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
