Responsible to drive growth for Capgemini in the FMCG, Food, Beverages, Personal Care, Home Care, Tobacco etc and or Grocery/Mass Merchandise industry sub-segments of CPG or Retail, specifically in the Supply Chain capability.
He/ She shall work in their area of expertise and drive revenue growth to the industry/group market strategy, support capability sales and delivery at target accounts and deliver on projects as the subject matter specialist & solution designer delivering the design.
The role will drive industry knowledge development and thought leadership delivery. Drive eco-system development externally (alliances, joint solutioning, account activation) and internally through go to market training and development.
He/She are responsible for contributing to sales, solutioning and client relationships especially in the areas of account development, solutioning, and liaise with marketing as advisor, events, social and web PR and account based marketing.
In addition to the above, he/she will connect the various capability areas, create unified vision for Capgemini, prioritize offering/POV development and drive key deals both on business development and delivery.
Primary Skills
Broad and global experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP and Manufacturing in the FMCG Sector
Must have hands on experience in working with supply chain planning software like APO / IBP or BuleYonder or Oracle or Manhattan or Kinaxis.
Must have in-depth understanding from the consulting and analytics side in the Intelligent Industry
Exposure to Omni-Channel Supply Chain, Agile Supply Chain is desirable. Understanding of Circular Supply Chain and Sustainability practices is an added advantage
Recognized as a thought leader in leveraging new-age technologies like AI, ML, RPA to build supply chain analytics, smarter supply chain networks, etc.
Should be proactive in understanding Global BU's business needs and solution, position and refurbish Consumer Products / Retail Accelerators and Assets.
